Hp Designjet 1050c Printhead Cleaning

I recently bought a 1050c plus printer in fairly decent working condition.

Mix and or match does not seem to make a difference. Click clean printheads. Hp printhead cleaning kit for designjet 5000 5500 5100 1050 1055 1050c. Do not use alcohol or any other cleaning fluid to clean the contact points or print head.

Its printing beautifully after i replaced the carriage belt new printhead valves on the carraige assembly and removed any air from the system. I used to use a roland sp540v in the office but this 1050c was for home so i am a little familiar with large format printers. Click clean printheads under maintenance on the left hand side of the window. If ink remains on the contacts use a cotton or foam rubber swab moistened with bottled water to gently clean it off note.

Choose soft medium or hard to perform level 1 level 2 or level 3 cleaning respectively. Please do not panic about the windows 10 on this plotter it works fine connected to my network using the vista drivers. Here is the issue trying to get consistent printing with new and or used print heads both hp branded and other refurbed.
